Astronomy course calendar
At Astrofarm we deliver a number of astronomy and astronomy related courses. Our astronomy course calendar shows the dates for the pre-arranged courses for 2017. These short courses are for beginners and do not require prior knowledge or specialist equipment. For content details of our courses please see our Astronomy Courses page.
With small groups of 8 - 10, we can guarantee personal attention and plenty of time to help and answer questions. All our astronomy courses are informal, relaxed, friendly and fun. Our tutor Andrew has many years experience of teaching adults and fully understand the anxieties we mature students have!
We have a programme of courses throughout the year and any of the astronomy courses can be arranged on a date to suit for a group of 8 - 10 people. It is also possible to deliver a beginner astronomy course for a group at your own venue, by prior arrangement. We have not specified dates for June, July and August at this time and will run any of the courses if we have enough interest from locals, friends and family who are staying or holiday makers staying in local B&B's. Please do get in touch if you are interested and we will arrange dates when we have sufficient numbers.
